Our CrossFit Kids class is a playful, high-energy introduction to fitness that builds strength, agility, and confidence in children ages 8–12. Through fun, age-appropriate games and workouts, fundamental movement patterns—running, jumping, throwing, and pulling—are taught in a safe, structured way. Each session emphasizes teamwork and sportsmanship while ensuring proper technique. What to know for your first Crossfit Kids class.

We know every child is unique—and that trying something new can be both exciting and a little scary. But the first CrossFit Kids class is all about fun, movement, and making every kid feel successful from the start. There’s no pressure, no competition—just games, challenges, and plenty of high-fives.

From the moment your child walks in, the coach will lead them through a playful warm-up and guide them through age-appropriate exercises. We focus on basic movement skills—running, jumping, squatting, and more—taught in a safe, supportive environment.

By the end of class, your child will leave smiling, sweaty, and full of confidence. This is where a healthy, active lifestyle begins—and it starts with fun.
