What to know for your first Endurance class.

Seeing a lineup of rowers, bikes, and running lanes might make you feel like you need to be a seasoned marathoner to join in—but your first Endurance class isn’t about sprinting until you drop. It’s about learning to pace yourself, building your cardiovascular engine, and sustaining your effort over time. This isn’t a race against the person next to you; it’s a starting point for a fitter, more resilient you.

Your coach will lead you through a dedicated warm-up to prep your lungs and legs, then guide you through a dynamic mix of running, rowing, cycling, and functional bodyweight movements. We’ll incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) alongside longer-duration efforts, teaching you how to manage your breathing and energy. Don’t worry if you haven’t done cardio in a while—every workout, distance, and interval is fully adaptable to your current fitness level.
